Commissioners to vote on TexPool resolution

The Scurry County Commissioners’ Court will consider adopting a resolution amending authorized representatives from TexPool Tuesday.
The court will also consider adopting a resolution on the 2016 Indigent Defense Grant Program and is expected to vote on whether to sell the replaced automated weather observing system at Winston Field Airport.
Commissioners may also vote on line-item transfers and budget amendments.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. in the county courtroom, located on the third floor of the Scurry County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public, but there is no time set aside for public comments.
