Grand jury indicts seven individuals on eight felony charges

A 132nd District Court grand jury recently indicted seven individuals.
Candelerio Castro, 55, of Edna was indicted on a third-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to the indictment, Castro was found in possession of one to four grams of cocaine in February.Bond was set at $5,000.
Anthony Brian Chiesa, 32, of Snyder was indicted on a state-jail felony charge of burglary of a building.  According to the indictment, Chiesa entered a building without the consent of the owner in May.  Bond was set at $5,000.
Jeffrey Lynn Hale, 62, of Windgate was indicted on state-jail felony charges of criminal mischief and theft. According to the indictment, Hale intentionally damaged or destroyed a fence containing cattle, causing $2,500 or less damage. According to a second indictment, Hale stole between $2,500 and $30,000 worth of equipment. Bond was set at $5,000 for each indictment.
Joseph Harvey, 31, of Snyder was indicted on a state-jail felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to the indictment, Harvey was found in possession of less than one gram of tetrahydrocannabinol. Bond was set at $5,000.
Scott Herrera, 48, of Big Spring was indicted on a state-jail felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to the indictment, Herrera was found in possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Daniel Macias, 19, of Fluvanna was indicted on a state-jail felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to the indictment, Macias was found in possession of less than one gram of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
Ceasar Jerman Rendon, 33, of Snyder was indicted on a state-jail felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to the indictment, Rendon was found in possession of less than one gram of tetrahydrocannabinol.
Bond was set at $5,000.
