The Scurry County United Way is accepting applications for 2017 funding.
The campaign to raise money for 2017 will launch this fall.
The deadline for organizations to submit their application is 5 p.m. April 15.
Agencies who received funding this year will be mailed applications.
Agencies interested in receiving funds for the first time are welcome to apply.
Applications are available at the Scurry County United Way office, 2311 Ave. T.

Applications may also be downloaded at www.scurrycountyunitedway.org by clicking on the Agency Application Packet tab or through the Scurry County United Way Facebook page.
Requests will be reviewed by the allocations committee during presentations April 25-26.
The United Way campaign supported nine local agencies in 2015.
They were Gateway Family Services, Boy Scouts-Buffalo Trail Council, Girl Scouts of Texas-Oklahoma Plains, Snyder Day Care Center, the Snyder Volunteer Fire Department, the Scurry County Food Cupboard, West Texas Children’s Advocacy Center, Cancer Services Network and Snyder We Care.
