Three people are heading to prison after hearings in District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong’s court on Monday.
Destiny Clarice Garza, 23, of Snyder will serve 10 years in jail for possession of a controlled substance, a second degree felony, after she violated terms of her probation. In 2012, she was given a five-year probated sentence, deferred adjudication, on the drug charge.
