Scurry County residents will have one final chance to donate blood this year.
On Thursday, the Vitalant bloodmobile will be parked on the United Supermarket parking lot from 3-5:30 p.m.
Vitalant, formerly United Blood Services, has also set several blood drives in Scurry County for 2019, including five for the Cogdell Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
The Auxiliary blood drives will be held at Colonial Hill Baptist Church from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Jan. 8, April 4, June 11, Sept. 10 and Nov. 12.
Western Texas College will host blood drives from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 7, Sept. 5 and Nov. 21. Those blood drives will be held in the student center.
On Jan. 17, Snyder High School will host a drive from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the student center.
The bloodmobile will also be in Snyder Feb. 8 for a drive at Scurry County EMS from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
