Burns wins weekly football contest

Glenn Burns correctly picked 15 of the 18 games in last week’s Snyder Daily News football contest and won the $50 first-place prize.
Lois Eicke and Rodney Dupree picked 14 of 18 games correctly and the tiebreaker was used to determine the order of finish.
Eicke chose Shallowater to beat Snyder and finished second. She will receive $25. Dupree finished third and will receive $15.
Winners will be mailed their checks. This week’s contest is on Page 8 in today’s edition.
