The Coliseum will host Western Texas College’s (WTC) college day at 9 a.m. Thursday.
College day is for area high school students and counselors as well as WTC students who are interested in continuing their education after graduation. Representatives from colleges and universities, several branches of the armed forces and other state and public entities will be on hand to answer questions.
The institutions who will have a booth are Angelo State University, Covenant School of Nursing, Grand Canyon University, Hardin-Simmons University, Howard Payne University, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Midland College, McMurry University, Midwestern State University, New Mexico Tech, Southwestern Assemblies of God University, South Plains College, Tarleton State University, Texas A&M-West Texas, Texas A&M-College Station, Texas State University, Texas State Technical College, Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Universal Technical Institute, University of Texas-Arlington, University of Texas-Dallas, University of Texas of the Permian Basin, University of Texas-San Antonio, U.S. Army, WTC and Wyotech.
