Colorado City man given probation in plea deal

A Colorado City man was given a probated sentence during a hearing in District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong’s courtroom recently. Damonte Terrell Bryant, 26, was given a five-year probated sentence after he entered a plea agreement on a third degree felony charge of claiming a lottery prize by fraud.
