Scurry County Commissioners will vote on changes to the Local Government Corporation’s bylaws and are expected to re-appoint its board members when they meet Tuesday.
They will also vote on a resolution regarding the Help America Vote Act 2020 (HAVA) and consider bids on a tax deed and property card for trust property in the city of Snyder and will discuss an access control system for the County Courthouse’s exterior doors.
Commissioners will also consider approving renewal of employee health insurance through the Texas Association of Counties and where to re-open the Scurry County Youth Center and Scurry County ball fields, which had been closed in response to COVID-19.
The court will also vote on line-item transfers, budget amendments and accounts payable.
Time will be provided at the start of the meeting for public comment on non-agenda items.
The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the county courthouse.
