Community Bank of Snyder announced two promotions and re-elected officers and directors at its annual shareholders’ meeting, which was held Tuesday.
Melinda Landry and Elizabeth Whitefield were both promoted to assistant vice president.
Joe Jackson, Ralph Miller, Mike McWilliams, Kris Seale, Nolan von Roeder, Mike Valentine and John Ward were re-elected to the board of directors.
Officers re-elected were Jackson, president and chief executive officer; Jack Gorman, senior executive vice president; and Helen McLeod, executive vice president.
Louis Soliz was re-elected senior vice president and cashier.
Kristi Menix was re-elected as senior vice president.
Bruce Sooter was re-elected as vice president.
Paula Bond, Lois Brewster, Ellie Gonzales and Kelli Long were re-elected and join Landry and Whitefield as assistant vice presidents.
Carmen Bryant, Dianna Egan, Michelle Nichols, JoAnn Snider and Christopher Stanfield were re-elected as assistant cashiers.
