As part of his original sentence, Grant was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated 10 years, and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $146 in court costs and $3,518 in restitution.

Travis Wesley Sawyer, 50, of Sweetwater, will serve seven years in prison for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on July 15, 2011 for the third-degree felony.
