DCOS loan committee to finalize terms with trucking company

The Development Corporation of Snyder (DCOS) loan committee will finalize the terms of a $110,000 loan with Wesley Trucking, LLC, during a Thursday meeting.
DCOS Executive Director Bill Lavers said the committee will review the terms and interest rates for the loan, which will be used for a truck, trailer, insurance and a line of credit for receivables.
The committee will also review an application for Auto Clinic Customs. Last week the committee tabled action on the loan in order to clarify how the Project Frankenstein program would work.
Both discussions will be held in closed session and any action needed will be conducted in open session.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the DCOS boardroom, located in the prosperity bank parking lot.
