Four indicted on felony charges

The 132nd Judicial District Court grand jury recently indicted four individuals on felony charges.

Perry Keith Donnell Jr., 23, of Colorado City, was indicted on a charge of possession of a prohibited weapon, a third-degree felony. According to the indictment, on Feb. 5, 2020, Donnell intentionally or knowingly possessed an unregistered shotgun with a barrel length less than 18 inches. The weapon was also not classified as a curio or relic by the U.S. Department of Justice. 

Bond was set at $5,000.

David Ryan McAnally, 36, of Snyder was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony. According to the indictment, on Oct. 29, 2019, McAnally operated a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated. He had two previous DWI convictions, the indictment stated, from July 2015 in Harris County and from Nov. 2016 in Dallas County.

Bond was set at $5,000.

Hector Joel Torres, 26, of Snyder was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a state-jail felony. According to the indictment, on Dec. 31, 2019, Torres was in possession of less than one gram of cocaine. 

Bond was set at $5,000.

Tyler Jordan Ynguanzo, 26, of Hobart, Okla., was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a state-jail felony. According to the indictment, on Nov. 1, 2018, Ynguanzo was found in possession of less than one gram of cocaine.

Bond was set at $5,000.
