Four indicted on third-degree felony charges in 132nd District Court

Four individuals were recently indicted on third-degree felony charges. 
Winston Deramus Reed, 20, of Snyder, was indicted on a third-degree felony charge of harassment by a person in a correctional facility, as well as a state-jail felony charge of criminal mischief. 
According to the harassment indictment Reed committed assault by urinating on a jailer. 
According to the criminal mischief indictment, Reed damaged or destroyed several items belonging to Scurry County Jail during his confinement, causing damage between $2,500 and $30,000. 
Bond was set at $5,000 for each charge.
Israel Jordan Carrillo, 52, of Snyder was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated. 
According to the indictment, Carrillo operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated and had previous DWI convictions in May 2004 and August 2010. 
Bond was set at $5,000.
Jose Alvarez Ferrusca, 48, of Snyder was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated. According to the indictment, Ferrusca operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated and had previous DWI convictions in May 2004 and December 2012. 
Bond was set at $5,000.
Eric Leo Hawkins, 54, of Snyder was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated. According to the indictment, Hawkins operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated and had previous DWI convictions in April 2001 and September 2019. 
Bond was set at $5,000.
In Texas, third-degree felony charges carry a punishment of imprisonment ranging from two to 10 years, as well as a fine up to a maximum of $10,000.
