Hartman named chairman of state civil committee

Scurry County Attorney Mike Hartman was appointed chairman of the Civil Committee for the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association.
The committee is responsible for planning, procuring and conducting comprehensive continuing legal education for governmental employees in district and county attorney offices in the area of governmental civil law.
