He has participated in football, track and tennis throughout his high school career and in golf his senior year. As a senior, he served as student body president and was named a first-team All-Region defensive lineman. He has been accepted to Texas Tech University where he will pursue a degree in mechanical engineering.

Jessica Heiskell is the daughter of Renea Jackson of Ira and Tom Heiskell of Colorado City.

Stormi Cobb, daughter of Kevin and Dusty Thompson and Dean and Shelli Cobb, was inducted into the National Honor Society as a sophomore and was named vice-president her senior year. She participated in several UIL events including poetry, speech and one-act play. Hermleigh’s play advanced to second-runner-up at state her junior year and qualified for bi-district — and she earned an all-star cast honorable mention — her senior year. She served as Hermleigh’s mascot and as FCCLA parliamentarian her senior year. Stormi plans to attend Angelo State University and major in theater and math.

Jacklyn Clinkinbeard is the daughter of Michael and Daphny Black. She plans to attend the University of North Texas and major in sports broadcasting/journalism.

Snyder ISD plans to name its valedictorian and salutatorian on May 19.
