The new security features at Ira ISD should be complete in three weeks, representatives from RSI Security, Inc., told the board of trustees on Monday.
The security firm reported that all cameras are in place, but the project was behind schedule because of the size of the school and the company being shorthanded.
Superintendent Jay Waller also reported that the phone system is now operational. He told trustees that AT&T crews completed all line work on Monday.
The board did not have any items on the agenda for approval.
