• Arrests
Tony Lee Delce, 37, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday at the law enforcement center on a 132nd District Court motion to revoke probation warrant for burglary of a building.
Deonica Valdez, 21, was arrested at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of 14th Street on a Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace warrant for injury to a child.
Noah Flores, 19, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Towle Park Road and Austin Ave. for evading arrest and on a 132nd District Court motion to revoke probation warrant for burglary of a habitation.
A 36-year-old female was arrested at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday at the Scurry County Courthouse on Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace warrants for contributing to non-attendance (three counts) and bail jumping/failure to appear (four counts).
A 32-year-old female was arrested at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday at the law enforcement center for a McLennan County motion to adjudicate guilt for Class C theft.
A 22-year-old female was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday at Heff’s Burgers on Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace warrants for littering and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An 18-year-old male was arrested at 3:08 a.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of 46th Street for public intoxication and minor in possession of alcohol.
A 32-year-old male was arrested at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of 34th Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for Class C theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 27-year-old female was arrested at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Scott Ave. on a Scurry County court warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
A 42-year-old male was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of 24th Street on two 132nd District Court warrants for failure to appear.
An 18-year-old male was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 4200 block of Avondale Ave. on Snyder municipal court warrants for displaying expired registration (two counts), speeding and unrestrained child safety seat.
A 19-year-old male was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of Towle Park Road for disorderly conduct.
A 28-year-old female was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday in the 4200 block of Austin Ave. for possession of marijuana, less than two ounces.
A 52-year-old male was arrested at 9:24 p.m Wednesday in the 1000 block of 37th Street for driving while intoxicated and on Snyder municipal court warrants for public intoxication and open container.
• Assaults
Assault, family violence, was reported at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of 48th Street.
Assault, family violence, was reported at 7:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of 28th Street.
Several individuals fighting were reported at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday at the Towle Park pool area.
A fight was reported at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday at the carnival in Towle Park.
• Burglary
A burglary in progress was reported at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of 37th Street.
• Thefts
A caller in the 2700 block of 42nd Street reported at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday that jewelry had been stolen.
Theft was reported at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Peach Street.
A customer at Walmart Supercenter reported the theft of money at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday.
A caller in the 1200 block of 13th Street reported the theft of a car key at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday.
A cell phone was reported stolen at Towle Park at 11:31 p.m. Wednesday.
• Criminal mischief
A caller in the 2500 block of CR 317 reported at 9:21 p.m. Tuesday that the side mirror of her vehicle had been broken.
• Threat
A caller in the 100 block of Milburn Ave. reported at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday that a female subject threatened her.
• Prowler
A prowler was reported at 4:36 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of 33rd Street.
• Accidents
A two-vehicle accident was reported at 7:11 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 180 and FM 1611.
A one-vehicle accident was reported at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Kola Ave. and 37th Street.
A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2:46 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart Supercenter.
• Fires
A small grass fire was reported at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 28th Street and Ave. I.
Controlled burns were reported at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of N. Ave. L, at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday in the 6200 block of FM 644 and at 8:19 a.m. Wednesday in the 5300 block of CR 4106.
• Noise complaints
Loud music was reported at 4 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of West Drive and at 1:19 a.m. today in the 500 block of 34th Street.
• Animal concerns
Dogs at-large were reported at 7:02 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of 30th Street and at 8:34 a.m. Wednesday at Scurry County EMS.
Loose cattle were reported at 9:21 p.m. Tuesday at the U.S. Hwy. 84 access of Pleasant Hill Road, at 7:48 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Hwy. 350 and Block Line Road, at 8:12 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Hwy. 350 and FM 1606 and at 4:02 p.m Wednesday along CR 466.
Loose horses were reported at 7:23 a.m. Wednesday along Ave E, one mile north of Huffman Ave.
Cogdell Memorial Hospital staff reported a dog bite victim at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday.
