Lubbock man enters plea deal on DWI charge

A Lubbock man was given a probated sentence after entering a plea agreement in District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong’s courtroom. David Ryan McAnnally, 36, was given a 5-year probated sentence in exchange for pleading guilty to a third degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated.  He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $90 in restitution, $290 in court costs and $75 in reimbursement fees. …
