Editor’s Note: Due to computer problems at the law enforcement center since the weekend, blotter information was not available until this morning. 
• Arrests
Laci Michelle Mendoza, 31, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. Monday in the 5200 block of West U.S. Hwy. 180 on Eastland County warrants for possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, and bail jumping/failure to appear, Snyder municipal court warrants for displaying an expired registration (two counts), speeding and failure to maintain financial responsibility and a Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace warrant for surety withdrawal for possession of a controlled substance.
Marcus Wheeler, 29, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday at the Scurry County jail on Colorado warrants for burglary 2, theft of drugs, and criminal mischief.
A 23-year-old female was arrested at 12:14 p.m. Monday at North Park for driving while license invalid.
A 33-year-old male was arrested at 2:18 p.m. Monday at the Scurry-Kent county line on a Scurry County warrant for evading arrest.
A 45-year-old female was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Nolan County Sheriff’s Office on a 132nd District Court capias nisi warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a 132nd District Court capias warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and Snyder municipal court warrants for no seat belt, failure to display a driver’s license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
A 19-year-old male was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of 32nd Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for theft (two counts), assault and public intoxication.
A 59-year-old female was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of 19th Street on a Snyder municipal court warrant for failure to vaccinate.
• Burglaries
Burglary of a vehicle was reported at 7:24 a.m. Monday in the 1700 block of South U.S. Hwy. 84.
Burglary of a building was reported at 11:07 a.m. Monday at Big Country Electric Cooperative.
• Thefts
Theft of money was reported at 2:14 p.m. Sunday at Walmart Supercenter.
Theft was reported at 7:06 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of 27th Street.
Theft was reported at 3:24 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of South U.S. Hwy. 84.
• Criminal trespass
A criminal trespass warrant was requested at 4:29 p.m. Sunday by a person who went to the law enforcement center.
Criminal trespass was reported at 5:12 p.m. Monday in the 3700 block of Austin Ave.
A criminal trespass warning was issued at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of 16th Street.
• Criminal mischief
Criminal mischief was reported at 8:18 a.m. Sunday by a person who went to the police department.
Criminal mischief was reported at 2:28 p.m. Monday by a person who went to the police department.
• Threats
A threat was reported at 2:47 p.m. Sunday by a caller in the 3100 block of Ave. T.
A threat was reported at 5:35 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Ave. F and 30th Street.
A telephone threat was reported at 3:11 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of 36th Place.
• Harassment
Harassment by a male subject was reported at 7:03 a.m. Sunday by a person who went to the law enforcement center.
Harassment was reported at 3:12 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Milburn Ave.
• Scams
Telephone scam calls were reported at 4:10 p.m. Monday in the 1900 block of 29th Street, at 5:55 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of Ave. X and at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday in the 3300 block of 48th Street.
• Accidents
Hit-and-run accidents were reported at 6:04 a.m. Monday along U.S. Hwy. 84 near the Garza County line and at 3:27 p.m. Monday in the 3900 block of College Ave.
One-vehicle accidents were reported at 9:31 p.m. Monday along U.S. Hwy. 84 south of Snyder, at 9:55 p.m. Monday in Towle Park and at 12:51 a.m. today near the intersection of FM 644 and CR 492 in Hermleigh.
• Noise complaint
Loud music was reported 6:49 p.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of Tuscola Ave.
• Animal concerns
Dogs at-large were reported at 8:39 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of 37th Street, at 12:07 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Ave. U and 42nd Street, at 12:47 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Huffman Ave. and at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Ave. L.
Loose cattle were reported at 11:40 a.m. Monday near the intersection of FM 1606 and CR 3100 in Ira and at 7:58 a.m. Tuesday along U.S. Hwy. 180 near the Borden County line.
Loose goats were reported at 10:14 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of FM 1610 and CR 3164.
• Blotter notes
Scurry County EMS responded to 13 medical calls.
Twenty-five non-accident, traffic-related calls were received.
Twelve 911 hang-ups were reported.
Law enforcement responded to 12 civil calls.
