• Arrests

A 24-year-old male was arrested at 9:36 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of 27th Street for driving while intoxicated.

A 25-year-old female was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of 24th Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for no driver’s license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

• Pursuit

Police pursued a subject from the 4200 block of College Ave. to Cogdell Memorial Hospital at 11:47 a.m. Saturday. One citation was issued.

• Fight

A fight between two males was reported at 4:07 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Browning Ave.

• Thefts

A caller in the 700 block of Barefoot Lane in Hermleigh reported the theft of a barbecue pit at 1:14 p.m. Saturday.

A caller reported at 11:18 a.m. Sunday that tires were stolen from the 1400 block of Ave. M.

• Criminal trespass

Criminal trespass was reported at 5:03 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of 24th Street.

Criminal trespass warnings were requested at Royal Trailer Park at 6:15 a.m. Saturday and 11:54 a.m. Saturday.

• Criminal mischief

Criminal mischief was reported at 1:43 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of 28th Street.

• Prowlers

A prowler was reported at 8:35 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of 44th Street.

A prowler was reported at 1:06 a.m. today in the 3700 block of Ave. V.

• Underage drinking

A complaint of underage drinking was called in at 2:49 a.m. Sunday from the 1800 block of 18th Street.

• Harassment

A caller reported at 8:47 p.m. Saturday that his girlfriend had been harassed in the 5400 block of College Ave.

• Accidents

A two-vehicle accident was reported at 7:48 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of FM 1611 and CR 226. One person was transported to Cogdell Memorial Hospital.

A one-vehicle accident was reported at 12:54 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 180 and U.S. Hwy. 84.

A vehicle struck a deer at 2:14 a.m. today near the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 84 and CR 169.

• Fires

An attic fire was reported at 5:18 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of 30th Street.

Controlled burns were reported at 6:33 p.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of Second Street, at 11:54 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Ave. R, at 12:10 p.m. Saturday along Old Lubbock Hwy., at 1:26 p.m. Saturday along CR 112, at 9:32 a.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of Business U.S. Hwy. 84 and at 12:36 p.m. Sunday in the 6600 block of FM 1142.

• Noise complaint

Loud music was reported in the 2600 block of Ave. Z at 1:55 p.m. and 3:56 p.m. Saturday.

• Animal concerns

Loose cattle were reported at 8:25 p.m. Saturday along Pleasant Hill Road and at 6:48 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of CR 3115 and FM 1606.

• Weekend blotter notes

Scurry County EMS responded to five medical calls.

Fifteen civil calls were received.

Eleven non-accident, traffic-related calls were received.

Seven 911 hang-ups were reported.

Five alarms were reported.

Two welfare checks were requested.
