Pesina’s probation revoked

A Snyder man is headed to prison after his probation was revoked during a hearing this week in District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong’s courtroom. Braublio Alejandro Pesina, 28, will serve his original five year sentence on a third degree felony conviction for assault of a public servant.  Pesina owes $4,733 in restitution and $620 in reimbursement fees.
