• Arrests
Jonathan Ross Overby, 32, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. Friday on a Taylor County warrant for aggravated assault.
A 33-year-old male was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Friday for assault/family violence.
A 49-year-old female was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Saturday on municipal court warrants for displaying expired registration, displaying the wrong license plate registration and driving with an invalid license.
A 44-year-old male was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Saturday on a district court warrant for failure to appear at a show-cause hearing  regarding failure to pay court costs.
• Identity theft
A caller reported an incident of identity theft at 2:49 p.m. Friday in the 3700 block of Sunset Ave.
• Shots fired
A caller reported the sound of a shots fired at 11:03 p.m. in the 1500 block of Ave.
• Criminal trespassing
Criminal trespassing was reported at 3:47 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of Avenue Q.
Threat
A threat by a male subject was reported at 4:12 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of McOwen Ave.
• Harassment
Harassment was reported at midnight reported in the 2500 block of 48th Street.
Harassment was reported at 12:11 a.m. Saturday by a person who went to the Snyder Police Department. Accident
A one-vehicle accident was reported at 9:18 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Highway 84 and Huffman Ave. 
• Fires
A fire was reported at 1:11 p.m. Friday in the 9000 block of Roadrunner Path. A citation was issued for violation of the current burn ban.
A fire was reported at 4:05 p.m. Friday near the intersection of CR 1121 and U.S. Highway 180. Officers found the property owner conducting a controlled burn of brush piles. The burn was allowed to continue, and the property owner was notified of the burn ban currently in place.
An illegal burn was reported at 5:27 p.m. Friday in the 11400 block of CR 3132. The burn was allowed to continue due to its large size, and the property owner was cited for illegal burning.
• Animal concerns
At 7:24 a.m. Friday, two malnourished white puppies were reported near the intersection of Brick Plant Road and Highway 208.
A dog at-large was reported at 3:25 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Browning.
Loose cattle were reported at 3:58 p.m. Friday in the 3700 block of County Road 146.
