Pool scheduled to open Wednesday

Despite recent rain and hail, the Scurry County Pool will still open on Wednesday and the public will have free admission on opening day.
Pool Manager Matt Lytle said the pool will be open to the public at noon and will not charge the normal $2.50 admission price for one day only.
The splash pad will open at 11 a.m. and both the pool and splash pad will close at 6 p.m.
