Poppy sales benefit veterans

  • Members of the American Legion Auxiliary on Wednesday presented Snyder Mayor Tony Wofford (seated) with a paper poppy made by disabled veterans in honor of Veterans Day. The auxiliary will be accepting donations in exchange for poppies from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Tractor Supply Company.
