A Snyder woman is headed to prison after her probation on a drug charge was revoked by District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong.
Dorothy Jane Zohar, 53, will serve her original 10-year sentence that was part of a 2014 plea agreement.
The original sentence was possession of a controlled substance, a second degree felony.
Her probation was revoked after she was convicted on felony charges of failure to appear in court in and possession with intent to deliver. Both convictions occurred in April 2016 in Green County. Zohar also failed to make his monthly probation, fine, court and attorney fee payments multiple times between October 2015 and February 2017 and failed to report to her probation officer during the same period.
Her 2014 sentence stemmed from an August 2013 incident during which Zohar was found in possession of between four and 200 grams of methamphetamine.
