• Arrests
Florian Willfort, 24, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Hwy. 84, at mile post 426, for possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.
Joseph Scott Herrera, 21, was arrested at 3 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Hwy. 84, at mile post 422, for possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram.
A 32-year-old male was arrested at 7:44 a.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Ave. U on a Snyder municipal court for no driver’s license.
A 31-year-old female was arrested at 8:25 a.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of 13th Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for displaying an expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
A 38-year-old female was arrested at 10:01 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of 13th Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for speeding and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
A 47-year-old male was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of 26th Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for driving while license invalid, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts).
A 44-year-old male was arrested at 9:26 p.m. Saturday at United Supermarket for public intoxication.
A 44-year-old male was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Saturday in the 10000 block of CR 3235 for assault, family violence.
A 28-year-old male was arrested at 10:51 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of 28th Street on a Snyder municipal court warrant for driving while license invalid.
An 18-year-old male and a 20-year-old male were arrested at 2:24 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Coliseum Drive for public intoxication.
A 43-year-old male was arrested at 4:27 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of O’Neil Ave. for assault, family violence.
A 37-year-old female was arrested at 4:11 p.m. Sunday in the 5700 block of College Ave. on Snyder municipal court warrants for driving while license invalid (four counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility (four counts), defective tail lamps (two counts), failure to display a driver’s license, speeding, failure to change name or address on a driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 37-year-old male was arrested at 6:19 p.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of Ave. D for theft and resisting arrest.
A 31-year-old male was arrested at 3:03 a.m. today in the Scurry County jail on a Snyder municipal court warrant for assault, family violence.
• Assaults
An assault by a male subject was reported at 8:58 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of 13th Street.
A fight was reported at 4:39 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of 28th Street.
An assault was reported at 12:51 p.m. Sunday in the 3800 block of Noble Ave.
Cogdell Memorial Hospital staff reported an assault at 2:41 p.m. Sunday.
An assault was reported at 6:49 p.m. Sunday by a person who went to the law enforcement center.
• Thefts
Theft of a bicycle was reported at 8:55 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of 23rd Street.
A possible theft was reported at 2:07 p.m. Saturday at Walmart Supercenter.
• Criminal mischief
Possible criminal mischief was reported at 1:45 a.m. Sunday at Snyder Primary School.
• Harassment
Harassing texts and emails were reported at 8:10 a.m. Saturday by a person who went to the law enforcement center.
Harassing text messages were reported at 10:44 p.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of Brick Plant Road.
• Prowlers
Prowlers were reported at 11:40 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of 28th Street and at 12:38 a.m. today in the 200 block of Ave. K.
• Accidents
Hit-and-run accidents were reported at 10:15 a.m. Saturday in the 4000 block of Irving Ave. and at 1:25 p.m. Sunday and 5:13 p.m. Sunday on the Walmart Supercenter parking lot.
• Noise complaints
Loud music was reported at 3:10 a.m. Sunday in the 3100 block of 38th Place, at 4:39 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of 36th Street and at 5 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of 26th Street.
Possible gunshots were reported at 12:36 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of Ave. Z and at 7:07 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 21st Street and Ave. K.
• Animal concerns
Dogs at-large were reported at 12:44 p.m. Saturday in the 5400 block of Ave. K, at 6:57 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of Ave. E, at 1:12 p.m. Sunday in the 3500 block of El Paso Ave. and at 6:18 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Main Street in Fluvanna.
Loose cattle were reported at 6:46 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Blockline Road and Cavender Road, at 9:20 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of 37th Street and at 12:47 a.m. today in the 8800 block of Hwy. 208.
