• Arrests
Pedro Martinez Villa, 44, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. Tuesday at United Supermarkets on a 132nd District Court warrant for failure to appear at a show cause hearing regarding failure to pay court costs.
Ricardo Flores, 21, was arrested at U.S. Hwy. 84 mile marker 424 at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday on a Bee County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Margaret Ann Mullin, 25, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday at U.S. Hwy. 84 mile marker 420 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug. A 26-year-old female was arrested at the same time and location for possession of marijuana and possession of a dangerous drug.
At 2:47 p.m. Tuesday, a 44-year-old male was arrested at the Scurry County Jail on a Scurry County warrant for terroristic threat.
• Fires
Controlled burns were called in at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday from the 5800 block of Pleasant Hill Road, at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday from the 1300 block of Ave. L and at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday from the 2600 block of Business U.S. Hwy. 84.
• Animal concerns
Two horses were loose on Hwy. 208 in Dunn at 8:58 a.m. Tuesday.
Two dogs were at-large in the 3300 block of Hwy. 208 at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday.
At 5:22 p.m. Tuesday, a dog was at-large at the intersection of Elm Street and Canyon Ave.
A dog was at-large in the 3800 block of Noble Drive at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday.
A horse was loose in the 2500 block of CR 146 at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday.
• Loud music
Loud music was reported at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday from the intersection of 28th Street and Ave. K.

One welfare check was requested.
Ten 911 hang-up calls were received.
