• Arrests
Nicolas Adam Norman, 26, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. today in the 600 block of Coliseum Drive for possession of a controlled substance.
A 30-year-old female was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Eastridge Drive for resisting arrest and assault, family violence.
• Theft
A person went to the law enforcement center at 1:44 p.m. Tuesday to speak with an officer in reference to a forged check.
• Burglary
A burglary was reported at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of Ave. B.
• Criminal mischief
Criminal mischief was reported at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 30th Street.
• Accident
A person went to the law enforcement center at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday to speak with an officer in reference to a hit-and-run. The location of the incident is unknown.
• Gas leak
A gas meter was hit by a vehicle in the 2700 block of 38th Street at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday.
• Animal concerns
A dog was at-large in the 500 block of 34th Street at 6:51 a.m. Tuesday.
Several cattle were loose in the 3800 block of CR 146 at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday.
Four goats were loose on FM 1606 at 9:44 a.m. Tuesday.
A person was bit by a dog at the intersection of Ave. E and 27th Street at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday.
A person was attacked by a dog in the 2600 block of Ave. Y at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday.
• Loud music
Loud music was reported at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Ave. F and 33rd Street.
