SHS speech students place at Hereford meet

Two members of the Snyder High School’s speech and debate team placed at Saturday’s Hereford High School meet.
In impromptu speaking, Anna Charlotte Lavers placed second while Alanna Hurt was fifth.
Lavers placed second in domestic extemporaneous speaking and Hurt was fourth.
Lavers qualified for the Texas Forensic Association state tournament, which will be held at Pflugerville Hendrickson High School in March.
