Snyder High School students heading to Big Spring for UIL academic meet

Thirty-nine Snyder High School students will compete for a District 5-4A academic title during Thursday’s University Interscholastic League meet in Big Spring.
Snyder has at least one person competing in 17 different events at Big Spring High School. In addition to Snyder and Big Spring, the District 5-4A academic meet will include students from Midland Greenwood, San Angelo Lake View and Sweetwater high schools.
The top three finishers in each contest will advance to the regional meet in Lubbock later this spring.
Students scheduled to compete are:
Accounting: Rutik Desai.
