A Snyder man was adjudicated guilty after violating terms of his deferred adjudication.

Evan Luis Tedder, 26, was originally given 10 years probation, deferred adjudication, after entering a plea agreement on a 2018 charge of third degree felony evading arrest. He was adjudicated guilty after he failed to report for a probation performance review in June 2019; failed to report to his probation officer multiple times between October 2018 and December 2019; failed to complete community service hours during that same period; and failed to make his monthly payments for restitution, court costs, probation fees, attorney fees multiple times over that same period.

The original charge stemmed from a June 2018 incident during which Tedder fled from a peace officer attempting to arrest or detain him.
