A 31-year-old Snyder man is scheduled for a jury trial on drug charges beginning Tuesday in the 132nd Judicial District Court.
Tray Don Goswick was arrested on Oct. 21 for possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine, a state-jail felony. Goswick was indicted in March, according to court records.
The indictment stated Goswick had two previous convictions, both in Scurry County. The first was in 2009 for theft and the second was in 2011 for burglary of a building.
The District Clerk’s office mailed 140 jury summons for the trial, which will be presided over by District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong.
District Attorney Ben Smith will present the state’s case. Goswick is being represented by Sweetwater attorney James A. Craig.
