Snyder man indicted for two burglaries

A Snyder man was indicted by a Scurry County grand jury this month for two different burglaries.
Joe Angel Luna, 36, was arrested for the Dec. 12 burglary of a building, a second-degree felony. The indictment stated Luna attempted to steal speakers from his victim. Bond was set at $10,000.
The second indictment was for burglary of a habitation, a state-jail felony. On Dec. 25, Luna attempted to steal clothing from his victim, the indictment stated. Bond was set at $5,000.
The grand jury learned that Luna was convicted twice of burglary of a building in 1998. Both convictions were in Scurry County.
