The Development Corporation of Snyder (DCOS) board of directors is scheduled to discuss participating with Snyder ISD on a Jobs and Education for Texans grant during Wednesday’s meeting.
The two entities are seeking a grant to purchase a 3D printer and flight simulator, which would be used by the school district and DCOS, similar to the truck simulator the DCOS purchased last year.
Dennis Westmoreland and Michael Hoyle will be introduced as new board members.
Their appointments were recently approved by the Snyder City Council.
The board is scheduled to go into closed session to discuss prospects, incentives and real property. Any action will be taken in open session.
The meeting will begin at 7 a.m. in the DCOS boardroom, located at 2514 Ave. R, and is open to the public.
