Three indicted by grand jury

Three people were arrested this week after being indicted by a Scurry County grand jury.
Allen Paige Grant, 24, of Newark, Calif., was arrested on two different indictments. 
The first was for bail jumping and failure to appear, a third degree felony.  
The indictment stated Grant failed to attend an Aug. 8 court hearing on a felony possession of marijuana arrest. His bond was set at $20,000.
Grant was also indicted for possession of marijuana, a third degree felony.  On Dec. 9, 2017, he was arrested for possessing between five and 50 pounds of marijuana, the indictment stated. Bond was set at $5,000.
Javier Enrique Williams, 32, of Killeen, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, a second degree felony. 
He was arrested on Nov. 18 for possessing between four and 200 grams of methamphetamine, the indictment stated. Bond was set at $10,000.
James Douglas Hall, 28, of Austin, was also indicted for second degree felony possession of a controlled substance. The indictment stated that on July 25, 2018, Hall was arrested for possessing between four and 200 pounds of tetrahydrocannabinol. Bond was set at $10,000.
