The tiebreaker was used to determine the top two finishers, as well as third place, for last week’s Snyder Daily News football contest.
Cheryl Collins and Jeff Mason, both of Snyder, picked 15 of the 20 games correctly.
Collins was the closest to the 56 total points scored in the Snyder-Monahans game and will receive the $50 first-place prize. She predicted the two teams would combine to score 66 points.
Mason will receive $25 for predicting 38 total points.
Sue Boucher, of Snyder, finished third and will receive $15 for picking 14 games correctly.
The tiebreaker was used because Boucher tied with one other person. Boucher predicted 58 points would be scored in the Snyder-Monahans game.
Honorable mention goes to Shalawn Smith, of Snyder.
The winners will be mailed their checks.
This week’s contest is on Page 10 in today’s edition.
