Two arrested after being indicted by grand jury

Two people were jailed after being indicted by the Scurry County Grand Jury.
Yasmani Pena Perez, 31, of Snyder, was indicted on the second-degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is charged with causing bodily injury to another person by cutting him with a knife on Aug. 11.
His bond was set at $10,000.
Marcus Darnelle Perez, 23, of Marble Falls, was indicted on a state jail felony possession of a controlled substance charge. 
He was arrested on Jan. 12 and was alleged to be in possession of less than one gram of tetrahydrocannabinol.
His bond was set at $5,000.
