Two men indicted on felony charges

Two men were indicted by the grand jury recently, both on third-degree felonies. 

Tommy Ray Hull, 54, of Snyder, was indicted on charges of driving while intoxicated and evading arrest. According to the first indictment, on Oct. 7, 2019, Hull operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated. According to the second indictment, on Oct. 7, 2019, Hull fled from a peace officer using a vehicle. Hull has several prior convictions on felony charges including two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count each of burglary and deadly conduct.

Bond was set at $25,000 for each indictment.

Anthony Sosa, 26, of Rotan, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. 

According to the indictment, on Jan. 22, Sosa intentionally possessed between one and four grams of methamphetamine.

Bond was set at $5,000.
