Chevrolet Glenn Wagner had a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child/indecency with a child dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Fernando Carrillo, 27, of Snyder, was given a five-year sentence after his conviction on a third-degree felony charge of assault of a public servant.
In addition to his sentence, Carrillo was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $117 in restitution and $919 in court and attorney fees.
On July 26, 2015, Carrillo intentionally kicked and injured his victim, a Snyder police officer, while the officer was arresting him.
Candice Jean Lee, 27, of Snyder, had her probation on a third-degree felony charge of forgery revoked after she failed to follow her drug or alcohol care treatment plan in August 2015.
She was originally given a five-year probated sentence, deferred adjudication, and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $1,843 in restitution and $60 in court costs, as well as participate in the TAIP program, in February 2013.
The charge stemmed from incidents in July 2012, when she forged her victim’s checking account.
She was adjudicated guilty in September 2014 when she failed multiple times to report to her probation officer, failed to make several monthly probation, fine and court cost payments, failed to complete community service and did not report to a probation performance review.
At that time she was also ordered to enter the SAFPE program.
