A Snyder woman was sentenced to prison after her probation was revoked and missing a court date.

District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong recently sentenced Caliber Faye Vigneau, 29, to jail after revoking her probation for a February 2017 state-jail felony drug possession charge, as well as plea agreements for a July 2017 state-jail felony drug possession charge and a November 2017 third-degree felony charge of bail jumping/failure to appear.

Vigneau was originally sentenced to two years in prison, probated five years, deferred adjudication, for possessing one gram or more, but less than four grams, of methamphetamine on March 30, 2017.

In having her probation revoked, she will serve two years in prison and was ordered to pay an additional $550 in attorney fees.

Her probation was revoked after her July 2017 arrest for possession of a controlled substance, failure to report to her adult probation officer and pay her monthly fine, court costs and probation fees from July through October 2017 and failure to complete community service from March to October 2017.

Vigneau was sentenced to one year in prison for the July 2017 possession charge. She was arrested on July 8 after being found in possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine. She was also ordered to pay $180 in restitution, $379 in court costs and $600 in attorney fees on that charge.

For the Nov. 13, 2017 bail jumping/failure to appear plea, Vigneau will serve five years in prison, as well as pay $1,476 in court costs and $600 in attorney fees.

The bail jumping and July drug plea sentences will run consecutively while her probation revocation plea will run concurrently with the two other deals, court documents stated.

Also in Judge Armstrong’s courtroom recently, Crystal Sha Brown, 28, of Snyder, had her community supervision revoked and will serve two years in prison for endangering a child, a state-jail felony.

Her probation was revoked after she was arrested for stealing an ATV in Nolan County on Sept. 24, 2017, court documents stated.

Her original sentence also included her paying $60 in court costs, $550 in attorney fees and $3,613 in restitution.

According to court documents, Brown allowed methamphetamine to be accessible to a minor on Jan. 13, 2016.

Michael Lord Frausto, 25, of Spur, had his probation for assaulting a Snyder police officer on Nov. 4, 2011 revoked. According to documents, Frausto’s probation was revoked because of his arrest for fleeing from a Snyder police officer of Dec. 31, 2017, as well as failing to pay his monthly court costs, attorney and probation fees from December 2016 to December 2017.

Armstrong sentenced Frausto to five years in prison and to pay $4,133 in restitution and $60 in court costs.
