WTC, Texas Tech to sign agreement for wind energy degree program

Officials from Western Texas College and Texas Tech University will sign a 2-plus-2 agreement for the wind energy degree program.
WTC President Dr. Barbara Beebe and Dean of Instructional Affairs Stephanie Ducheneaux are scheduled to take part in the 1 p.m. ceremony Thursday in the West Hall Conference Room on the Texas Tech campus.
The agreement will allow WTC students to transfer coursework from an associate of arts degree in general studies from WTC and apply it toward a bachelor of science degree in wind energy from Texas Tech.
