Darlene Cantrell Chandler
1942-2020

Darlene Cantrell Chandler died April 4, 2020. She was ready to see her Heavenly Father and all of her family that had gone on before her.
A small chapel service was held at Eubank Funeral Home on Monday,  April 6th. Burial was in Haven of Memories Cemetery in Canton, Texas.
Darlene was born Jan. 28, 1942, in Ben Wheeler. She graduated from Snyder High School in 1960. Darlene was a devoted Christian and taught Sunday School for many years, even practicing her lessons on her own 2 children, Darla Kay and Larry. She loved to sing in the church choir & ladies groups. Darlene and her sister Yvonne loved to sing together. She was an Avon Lady and an avid bowler.
Darlene was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband Hollis; her parents, Rolen and Lillie Cantrell; a brother, Bobby Cantrell; and a sister, Yvonne Castleberry. 
Survivors include her daughter, Darla Bethune and husband, Jimmy; a son, Larry Chandler and wife, Tracy; six grandchildren, Jamie Parham, Austin Berry, Mac Chandler, Steven Chandler, Kirsten Jennings and Emily Bettinger; seven great-grandchildren, Jean and Hayden Parham, Keaton Mogg, Raelynn and Rustin Jennings, Addison Bettinger and Garren Chandler.

Patsy (Gomez) Zavala
1970-2020

Patsy (Gomez) Zavala, 50, died Friday, April 3, in Lubbock.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hermleigh Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Mrs. Zavala was born March 5, 1970, in Plant City, Fla., to Jesse Jesus "Chuy" and Hilaria (Gutierrez) Gomez Ramos.
She was preceded in death by her father and by a brother, Raymond Martinez.
Survivors include four sons, Ruben Silva, Pedro Roy Silva and wife, Amanda Villa, and Artemio Senon De La Cruz of Snyder, and George Martinez of Mineral Wells; four daughters, Angela Silva of Lubbock, Rosanna Gomez of Austin, Tomasa De La Cruz and husband, Agupito, of Guanajuato, Mexico, and the baby of the family, Hilaria Gomez-Hernandez of Stamford; 12 grandchildren; her mother; four brothers, John Martinez and wife, Lisa, Felix Martinez, Richard Martinez and Pancho Martinez and wife, Gloria, all of Snyder; seven sisters, Maria Silva and husband, Salvador, of Lovington, N.M., Susie Gomez of Austin, Nina Gomez of Abilene, Mary Lou Garza and husband, Juan, Esther Lopez and Angelita Martinez, all of Snyder and Ofelia Escamilla of Hermleigh.

Mrs. Janet Clark, 85, of Snyder died Saturday, March 4, 2020, at her home. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
