Rayburn H. "Rusty" Byrom, 92, died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020.

Mr. Byrom was born Aug. 7, 1927, in Coffee County, Tenn., to Sam and Ruth (Lee) Byrom. He married Peggy Limbaugh on Feb. 28, 1974, in Moore County, Tenn. She preceded him in death on Aug. 24, 2008. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1954-1956 and was a tool pusher for West Tex Drilling for 27 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and two brothers, A.L. "Shorty" Byrom and Parker Byrom.
Survivors include two sons, Matthew Byrom and wife, Michelle, of Snyder and Michael Limbaugh and wife, Carolyn, of Clarksburg, Tenn.; his grandson, Ryker Byrom of Snyder; two granddaughters, Piper Byrom of Snyder and Morgan Limbaugh of McKenzie, Tenn.; and numerous nephews and nieces.
