Ellen Allen
1961-2018
Ellen Allen, 57, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018.
Funeral service for Miss Allen will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel with Maurice Clement officiating. Burial will follow at Hermleigh Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Ellen was born Aug. 9, 1961 in Abilene to Dupree and Marva Nell (Jones) Allen. She was an employee at the Snyder Daily News. Ellen enjoyed life. She never met a stranger and loved making people laugh.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Belinda Molina.
Survivors include a very special friend, Darlene Johnson of Hermleigh; one brother, Skip Allen of Arkansas; one sister, Vicki Guidry of Houston; four nephews, Steven Powell of Brownwood, Tony Molina III and Brian Molina, both of Hermleigh, and Victor Bonnin; two nieces, Shannon Baird and Taylor Guidry, both of Houston; two special cousins, Patricia Jones of Hermleigh  and Dennis Jones of Odessa; one brother-in-law, Tony Molina Jr.; and a good friend that she considered a brother, Kenny Miller of Snyder.

Tino Guerrero
1957-2018
Celestino “Tino” Thomas Guerrero, 61, of Snyder, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 in Snyder.
Funeral mass for Mr. Guerrero will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Burial will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born on Sept. 28, 1957 in San Angelo to Raul  and Ruperta (Rodriguez) Guerrero, he married Irma Lopez on Nov. 8, 1975 in Snyder. He worked for Snyder ISD in the maintenance department for many  years and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Steven, Silverio and Catarino.
Survivors include his wife, Irma Guerrero of Snyder; two daughters, Ruby Guerrero and Gina Guerrero, both of Lubbock; one son, Angel Guerrero and his wife, Rosa, of Snyder; five sisters, Sylvia Santana and Margie Sepeda, both of Snyder, Martha Santana and Janie Mermella, both of Colorado City, and Elizabeth Barnett of Sweetwater; two brothers, Jose Guerrero of Fort Stockton and Abraham Guerrero of Sweetwater; and one grandchild, Ariana Guerrero of Snyder.

Ricky Harlan
1962-2018
Ricky Dean Harlan, 56, of Snyder, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 in Lubbock.
Funeral service for Mr. Harlan will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with the Rev. Matt Lowry officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. 
Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Born on April 29, 1962 in Ada, Okla. to Roy and Sandra (Conn) Harlan, he married Regina Steelman on Aug. 16, 1986 in Snyder. He was a pipeline project manager for Kinder Morgan and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Regina was the love of his life and his family always came first. He was proud of his girls and had a heart of gold.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Harlan, and one brother-in-law, Greg Steelman.
Survivors include his wife, Regina Harlan of Snyder; three daughters, Kimberly Allred and her husband, Brian, of Frisco and Carrie Harlan and Tara Harlan, both of Lubbock; his mother, Sandra Harlan of Snyder; one brother, Kevin Harlan and his wife, Glenn, of Lubbock; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Grady and Laura Steelman of Snyder; four brothers-in-law, Terry Steelman and his wife, Melissa, of Merkel, Michel Steelman and his wife, Nancy, and Tony Steelman and his wife, Amanda, all of Snyder, and Jayson Steelman and his wife, Angela, of Midland; and numerous nieces and nephews.

David McCarter
1954-2018
David Melvin “Milkcrate” McCarter, 64, of Snyder, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 at his residence.
A memorial service for Mr. McCarter will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at his home located at 470 East FM 1673. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Elena Rocha
1960-2018
Elena Reyes Rocha, 58, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 in Snyder.
Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Burial will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born on Nov. 16, 1960 in Colorado City to Feliz and Ofelia (Reyes) Gutierrez, she married Alfredo Rocha on March 12, 1976 in Snyder. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, the Chicago Bears, watching Walker, Texas Ranger and barbecuing with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Felipe Gutierrez, Feliz Gutierrez, Cano Gutierrez, Juan Gutierrez, Andrew Gutierrez and David Gutierrez; and two sisters, Eloisa McCarty and San Juanita Ibarra.
Survivors include her husband, Alfredo Rocha of Snyder; two sons, Freddie Rocha and his wife, Christy, and Henry Rocha, all of Snyder; two daughters, Tabitha Silvas and her husband, Monte, of Snyder and Kimberly Kennedy and her husband, Shea, of Garland; seven grandchildren, Brandon Rocha, Brianna Silvas, David Silvas, Marcus Rocha, Isabelle Rocha, Lena Kennedy and Jonathan Kennedy Jr.; one brother, Isidro Guiterrez of Snyder; and three sisters, Esther Martinez and her husband, Frankie, Patty Terrazas and her husband, Robert, and Maria Zamora, all of Snyder.
