Jackie Don Roemisch
1937-2021
Jackie Don Roemisch, 83, of Hermleigh, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Hermleigh Cemetery with Reverend Joshua Smith officiating. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Roemisch was born Dec. 3, 1937 in Roscoe to Frank and Naomi (Barnes) Roemisch. He married Gradine Sellars on February 8, 1969 in Hermleigh.
He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Hermleigh and managed Hermleigh Water Works. Jackie was the biggest Hermleigh Cardinal fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Shehala Roemisch, his brother Bobby Roemsich and his grandson Randy Holder.
He is survived by his wife Gradine Roemisch of Hermleigh; his daughter Jill Reed and her husband, Richard, of Snyder; his son Kevin Roemisch and his wife, Lisa, of Snyder; his sister Carolyn Shaw, of McKinney; two sisters-in-law, Jewel Roemisch and Donna Robinson; six grandchildren, Tammie Braziel and her husband, Wayne, of Corsicana,Tyler Porter and his fiance Caroline, of Fort Worth, Taylor Mitchell and her husband Lane, of Mansfield, Kelby Forbes and her husband Austin, of Amarillo, Kyler Roemisch, of Snyder, and Kobe Roemisch, of Snyder; and five great-grandchildren, Teleia and Jersey Braziel, Jack Forbes and two other great grandsons.

Rosemarie Hunter, 79, of Hermleigh, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 at her home.
A memorial service for Mrs. Hunter will be held Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church with Reverend Larry McAden and Reverend Matt Lowery officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Calvary Baptist Church Life Center.
