Dorothy Atkinson
1932-2018
Dorothy Atkinson, 86, of Snyder, died Thursday  July 19, 2018 at her residence. 
Funeral arrangements are pending at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Blake Cain
1997-2018
Blake Austin “Pee Wee” Cain, 20, died Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Midland.
Funeral mass for Mr. Cain will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Snyder with the Rev. Monsignor Arsenio C. Redulla officiating. The Rev. Monsignor Gerald Leatham and Father John Cherolikal will assist. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Blake was born on Sept. 14, 1997 in Big Spring. He enjoyed golf and clay shooting.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Weldon and Pat Cain, and one uncle, Jeff Honshiko.
Survivors include his parents, David and Alisa Cain of Midland; one brother, Zach Cain and his wife, Chelsey, of Lubbock; his grandparents, Ken and Lynelle Pollard and Bill and Anita Wilson, all of Snyder; four uncles, Gene Pollard of Snyder, Randy Cain and his wife, Tamara, of Muleshoe, Ricky Cain and his wife, Sherry, of Farwell and Gary Cain and his wife, Melissa, of Lubbock; four aunts, Valerie Drum and her husband, Max, and Amy Hodges and her husband, Bill, all of Snyder, Cindy Honshiko of Lubbock and Pam Jackson of Broken Bow, Okla.; and numerous cousins and friends.

Buzz Rosser
1935-2018
Adrian Kent Rosser, 82, formerly of Ira and affectionately known as “Buzz” to all who knew him, passed from this life on Friday, June 22, 2018 in Wharton. 
Memorial service for Mr. Rosser will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ira First Baptist Church with Chaplain Nathan Hines officiating. Burial will follow at Ira Cemetery under the direction of Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia.
A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
Buzz was born on Aug. 29, 1935, in El Dorado, Okla. to L.D. and Ida (Weems) Rosser. He graduated high school in Ira, married the love of his life, Jo Ann Coan, and served four years in the Air Force in El Paso. Afterwards, he moved his family to Bloomington and went to work as a pipe fitter for Alcoa in Point Comfort, retiring in 1997.  
Buzz was a loving husband, father, Papa and brother. He also had a great love of music and was seen on many weekends in community centers picking his guitar or fiddle and singing with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister and her husband, Rowena and Joe Williams; and one brother-in-law, Bill Hornbrook.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jo Ann (Coan) Rosser; three sons, Steve Rosser and his wife, Millie, Chris Rosser and Michael Rosser; five grandchildren, Jeff Cavinder, Paula Atherton and her husband, Bob, Lindsey Riggs and her husband, David, Allyson Rosser and Hailey Rosser; eight great-grandchildren, Stephanie, Robert, Tiarra, Gareth, Alanna, Bradyn, Abigail and Charlie; one great-great-granddaughter, Preslei; four brothers, Duane Rosser and his wife, Debbie, Lyle Rosser and his wife, Janet, Dennis Rosser and his wife, Sandra, and Lee Rosser and his wife, Vicky; three sisters, Shirley Hume and her husband, Bob, Beverly Thomas and her husband, John, and Sherry Hornbrook; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews, Mike Williams and Isaac Rosser, and his niece, Charlene Rosser.
