Veronica Lopez

1981-2020

Veronica Lopez, 38, died Sunday, July 26, 2020, in Midland.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th Street in Snyder with Pastor Steven Pena officiating.

Veronica was born Oct. 18th, 1981, in Snyder to Miguel "Mike" and Anita Lopez. She was a member of Snyder First Assembly of God. She was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys, who loved the color purple, dolphins and playing card and board games, especially Paco.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeremy Lopez; and her nephew, Dominick Lopez.

Survivors include her daughter, Alyssa Faith Castillo of Snyder; her father and mother of Snyder; two brothers, Miguel Lopez Jr. and Duran Lopez, both of Snyder; her sister, Valerie Ramos and husband, Toribio, of Snyder; five nieces, Kristy Lopez, Camilla Lopez, Savannah Lopez, Aliyanna Lopez and Bibianna Ramos, all of Snyder; and her nephew, Mason Lopez of Snyder.

Jayme Dell Roemisch

1935-2020

Mrs. Jayme Dell Roemisch, 84, of Hermleigh died Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Mitchell County Hospital in Colorado City.

Services for Mrs. Roemisch will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home, with her son-in-law Alan Culp and Pastor Josh Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Wolf Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Roemisch was born on July 31, 1935, in Scurry County to James Weldon and Willie Earlene (Woolever) Bills. She married Julius Roemisch on March 31, 1955, in Snyder. He preceded her in death April 17, 2011. Jayme was a member of Central Baptist Church in Hermleigh, where she played the piano for 53 years. She worked for most her life, including being a loan officer. She was a people person and loved her family dearly, but loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ more than anything. She loved to watch all sports but really enjoyed keeping up with the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her daughter-in-law, Debbie Roemisch.

Survivors include: her daughter, Julie Culp and husband, Alan, of Hermleigh; two sons, Jay Roemisch and wife, Jennifer, of Midland, and Joe Roemisch of Hermleigh; two sisters, Glenna Bane and Welda McHaney, both of Snyder; her brother, Darrel Bills and wife, Susan, of Snyder; 11 grandchildren, Chris Roemisch and Debbie of Austin, Michelle Byrom and husband, Matthew, of Snyder, Bradley Roemisch and wife, Leslie, of Midland, Shawn Roemisch and wife, Kendall, of Snyder, Shelby Roemisch of Midland, Callie Roemsich of Midland, Jennifer Young and husband, Jeremiah, of Abilene, Jeremy Roemisch and wife, Shauni, of Hermleigh, Terrel Culp and Alicia of Andrews, Alana McClure and husband, Johnathon, of Tuscola and Alicia Anderson and husband, Robby, of Hermleigh.
