Lisa Randolph
1965-2019
Lisa DeLoera Randolph passed over into paradise on June 1, 2019. Lisa was born in Loraine on Dec. 5, 1965.
Funeral service for Mrs. Randolph will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at East Side Church of Christ with Matt Stidham officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Lisa married the love of her life, Craig Randolph, on Sept. 21, 1992. Her marriage to Craig brought them immense joy and beautiful blessings as they built their life together with their children. She was a loving mother, making certain her children had what they needed and appreciated what they had, while always supporting Craig as he led and provided for them. Lisa was a woman who loved and treasured each moment spent with family and friends. Her most cherished moments were when her family could all be together sharing food and laughter. A meticulous housekeeper, Lisa could not rest until the floors were clean, the clothes were washed and ironed and things were put back into order.
She was always willing to host others at a moment’s notice, even if it meant having grandkids and their friends over. Decorating their home for each season, Lisa enjoyed planting and tending to her beautiful flowers, which always looked so pretty on her porch. Their home was a place for her family to enjoy and find refuge. Always looking pretty and polished, she worked tirelessly to make certain her children and grandchildren looked nice as well. Lisa loved following her grandkids in all their endeavors, especially their sporting events, because being a Nana brought out the best in her.
Craig and Lisa’s marriage brought new understanding of salvation and grace which was rooted in Christ and their membership at East Side Church of Christ in Snyder. Attending services at East Side would be the catalyst for many sweet friendships, great singing and teaching and much laughter shared between this body of believers. These believers became like a second family to her. East Side was where she served others, helping with church meals, caring for others who were grieving or sick and helping with church celebrations in the multi-purpose building.
Lisa was full of love, life and laughter, making new friendships everywhere she went. Her servants’ heart, giving and generous spirit, especially to those less fortunate than her, will be something she’ll always be remembered for. Always rejoicing in others’ victories and mourning others’ losses, Lisa leaves a big void in the lives of those whom she loved so well. Scripture promises that though our wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend is absent from us, she is present with the Lord. Her laughter continues and she has been healed. Likewise, Lisa’s legacy will continue on through her children and grandchildren, to whom she gave so much.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia DeLoera; her brother, Adon DeLoera; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lynn and Bernice Randolph.
Survivors include her husband, Craig Randolph; two sons, Dillon Randolph of Lubbock and Levi Mayfield and his wife, Brittany, of Woodward, Okla.; and one daughter, Monica Villarreal and her husband, Martin, of Midland. Also surviving their Nana are her precious grandchildren, Aden Hernandez, Espn, Miken, Mays and Jackie Villarreal and Kendel Mayfield. She is also survived by her father, Tomas DeLoera of Roscoe; three brothers, Tommy DeLoera and his wife, Liz, of Snyder, Rey DeLoera and his wife, Linda, of Boerne and Manuel DeLoera of Colorado City; two sisters, Janie Kiser and her husband, Steve, of Nevada and Mary Anne Davila and her husband, Marty, of Colorado City; several nieces and nephews; and her in-laws, Larry and Joann Randolph of Calhoun, La. and Elaine and Larry Field of Roby.
