Juanita Gonzales

1950-2015

Juanita Gonzales, 65, of Colorado City, died Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015 in San Antonio.

Funeral service for Mrs. Gonzales will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Pastor Juan Andrande officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gonzales was born on May 20, 1950 in McLennan County to Luis and Felice (Sanchez) Ramirez.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.

Survivors include her husband, Ricardo Gonzales of Colorado City; two daughters, Amy De La Cruz and her husband, Remy, of San Antonio and Marjorie Rivera of Dallas; three sons, Javiel Gallardo and his wife, Mona, and Paul Gonzales, both of San Antonio, and Juan Gonzales and his wife, Veronica, of Dallas; two sisters, Mary Garcia and her husband, Willie, of Dallas and Valentina Molina of Snyder; 17 grandchildren, Cassie Martinez and her husband, Roman and Kimberli Jeter and her husband, Jakob, both of Abilene, Christopher Lima, Enrique Gallardo, Hannah Gallardo, Juan Gonzales Jr., Jailene Gonzales, Yizzel Peralta, Yamilex Peralta, Sarah Gonzales and Karin Gonzales, all of Dallas, Justin Gallardo and Ashton Gallardo, both of San Marcos, and Jevin Gallardo, Sophie Stone, Joni Stone and JAshley Garza and her husband, Manuel, all of San Antonio; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Charles Strother

1948-2015

Charles Dixon Strother, 67, of Snyder, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015 in Abilene. 

Funeral service for Mr. Strother will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church’s Odom Chapel with the Rev. Clay Giddens officiating. The service will be under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
